Located in the recently-reconstructed 1000-year-old hillside village of Borgo Mummialla. The tiny village has been redeveloped into 13 holiday apartments. The pool is shared between the 13 apartments.
Fully equipped split-level interior with exposed chestnut beams and cotto tiling. Four comfortable chairs, table and parasol on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining.
15 minute drive to San Gimignano. Ideally located to explore Tuscany. Volterra, Siena, Florence, Pisa and the Chianti region are all within easy reach.
The village is a haven of tranquillity, surrounded by woods and meadows abundant with wild flora and fauna.

Charming house on several levels - beware if you have the joint problems as I do. Shower above the bathtub. Excellent a/C both downstairs and in the bedroom. Beautiful, beautiful swimming pool with amazing vista. Opened all the time. The nearest shop about 5 kms. Access thru 2 kms long dirty road. Within good distance from San Gimignano and Volterra.
