The property is located around the corner from Morrisons supermarket and has a Marks and Spencer's just along the road as well.
Broadband is provided, gas central heating, TV and DVD player and also a digital radio, iron/board and hairdryer, clothes drying frame.
Convenient later check out of 12 noon.

We were playing golf in around st Andrew’s it was perfect setting for us plus Morrison grocery store was within short walking distance. Taxis were easy to hail - overall great experience

Alan's spot was a perfect home base for the four of us on a Fife golf trip. Nice little neighbourhood, Alan was great a great host, and the location is convenient for all the essentials.

The home was very clean and well set up for everything we wanted to do - relax, cook a few meals, and explore St Andrews. The beds were very comfortable. Alan, the host, was proactive in reaching out before we arrived and responded promptly when we had a question about the process for departing. We did find the tub/shower very deep to get into and out of, so made use of the broad step that was provided. We would definitely recommend the property.

Very comfortable, quiet, and convenient home right on a free roam trail that connects to the Lade Brae garden trail to town. A big grocery store and bus station about one block away. No need for a car in St. Andrews. The owner was very responsive to questions. Would definitely rent again! Only one suggestion: the house needs a serrated bread knife to slice the beautiful bakery loaves at the Morrison grocery store.
