Perched on the south-facing cliffs above the Mediterranean, Villa Rosh is the kind of place that makes you slow down the moment you arrive. Think sunrise coffees on the terrace, long lazy lunches with the sea as your backdrop, and evenings drifting between the infinity pool and the BBQ terrace while the sky turns pink.
Designed for two large families or one big group, this modern villa is set across two levels with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plenty of indoor-outdoor living space, and those wow views that Javea does so well.

Golf: Within 20 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesús Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include : driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.
Jávea golf club, between Moraira and Jávea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..
Within a 40 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Jávea is made up of three areas.
1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.
2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.
3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.
10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.
The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.
Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 5 minute walk from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards.

We were travelling as a family of nine and were delighted with the ample space the villa provided for a group of our size. There were enough bathrooms to ensure all couples had privacy; the kitchens were fully equipped and there were basic food items - cooking oils, salt, pepper, dried herbs etc - plus a generous welcome hamper to ensure we were good to go. The views from the pool are truly magnificent - you lose time, it's so mesmerising. The villa itself is pure luxury (the most sumptuous master bedroom, which we were lucky to get). All the bedrooms are generously proportioned. The property management company's service is excellent - the best I've ever experienced. Louise was lovely - always available to help; brilliant at settling us in - and the guide the company provides is second to none. I've never come across such a thorough service before. We would definitely book through this company again.

The views of the sea are spectacular and there are so many areas to sit and enjoy them. We were a family of 12. The bedrooms are on two levels with en suites and bathrooms and worked perfectly for us all. So much space for the children too. The infinity pool is big with steps and the sun loungers are so comfortable. Excellent barbecue area with table and plenty of different dining areas.
Supermarkets within a 10 minute drive and easy drive into Javea and Arsenal beach with all its restaurants and shops.
We all loved our stay and didn’t want to leave.

We stayed at Villa Rosh for 10 days. The views cannot be beat to send you into immediate holiday mode. Having two floors nearly completely full apartments could not be more ideal for two families. Tons of privacy and space even though you still are together. The pool was hard to leave, which was ok because the beaches are rather far away! The description speaks of a beach 5 minutes away, but that is closed. The beaches in town are more like 20 minutes away than the described 10.
I have never stayed with a more responsive and helpful management company than at Villa Rosh. They made the stay feel like we had a service team helping out!
The interior of the house has seen some wear and needs updating. For example peeling upholstery needing to be swept daily from the dining room chairs and less than ideal linens for such a nice property. We also love music and we’re disappointed to have only one speaker in the house when we were told there was a sound system throughout.
Villa Rosh is an ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday relaxing and unwinding at your vacation home with family.

The villa was outstanding with views that will long live in my memory! Gorgeous infinity pool and jacuzzi with two floors above with balconies with the same Gorgeous views where you could eat and dance away the evenings to your hearts content! Also two barbecues by the pool with seats and tables to while away the evenings! The management went above and beyond the call of duty to help us! I would say the hire of a car would be preferable, but we got by without one! The local taxi drivers we used from the numbers that where left at the villa where also so, so brilliant with us! A little out of the way, in a residential area, but which we liked as there was no noise from bars or traffic! Nothing but the sound of the sea hitting the land! Overall an outstanding property with beautiful views and plenty, if not more room for all seven adults of us who stayed there! Would undoubtedly consider going back next year! Arenal beach, 15 minute ride away is lovely of a day but comes alive and is gorgeous of an evening with lovely restaurants and shops mingled together! Lovely holiday! Thanks again to the management!
