THE ONE WITH THE VIEW also delivers something rare in the Smokies — stunning, panoramic mountain views without a single white-knuckle moment getting there. No narrow switchbacks. No steep gravel roads. Just an easy, accessible drive straight to your luxury retreat, where the scenery takes your breath away for all the right reasons.
A New Season of Luxury Awaits
Beginning May 2026 through September 2026, guests now enjoy exclusive access to the Black Bear Ridge Resort pool — the perfect complement to long summer days in the mountains. Cool off between adventures, let the kids splash while you relax poolside, then return to your private retreat as the sun dips behind Bluff Mountain.
The Accommodations
Four king master suites, each with a private en-suite bath, offer the kind of restful elegance that turns a vacation into a true getaway. Sleep up to 12 guests without sacrificing an ounce of privacy or comfort. A dedicated bunk area — outfitted with LED TV and Xbox — gives younger guests their own retreat, while the adults claim the porches.
Three Levels. Endless Views.
Wake to sweeping panoramas of Bluff Mountain from your coffee cup. Spend the evening in the hot tub as the stars emerge over the Smokies. With three expansive levels of porches, there is always a quiet corner waiting for you.

The cabin was nice our grandchildren loved it. The lighting needs to be updated. Need LED bulbs in especially bathrooms living room and dinning room. The bedroom door own the main level needs to be fixed!! Trying to get it to close all the way from the inside you had twist and turn the knob while pushing hard on the door. Closing it from outside of the room you had to pretty much slam it. There was no fitted sheet on the main floor bed. One of microphones upstairs didn’t work which upset kids cuz they wanted to sing. (Adults were not that upset about that) The x-box had been logged out of so the boys could play it.
