New construction 3 story modern home. The home is located in a quiet residential small gated community minutes drive from the historic Heights neighborhood & downtown Houston. The home is a 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a half bathroom. It has a Range and Fridge - laundry facility inside home King/Queen size beds - 4K TVs in all bedrooms and fast Wifi - Fully stocked Kitchen with everything needed to make a delicious home made meal. Walking distance from restaurant and a local farms market.

Clean house and had everything we needed. Great location.

We had a short stay here to visit family. Location was great for accessing the Heights neighborhood and close to highways. The house was clean and provided what I would expect for a short-term rental, although we would have appreciated a few more pillows and could not find sheets to put on the fold-out so we made it work with a blanket. Again for a 2-night stay it was totally fine! We would stay here again as it was comfortable enough and in a good location! Communication with the host was good when we had some questions about the thermostats.
