Minimum 4-night rental.
Bedding: Bed linen and towels provided and included in the price.
2 couples of adults in double beds and 2 children/teenager/adults in bunk beds 190. Full baby equipment from birth to 4 years old, to be requested at no extra cost.

Not available from June 23 to September 02, 2025.

No pets allowed, no smoking.

If an electric car is present, an additional "fill-up" fee will be applied.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
The largest bedroom has a double bed 200X160 with direct access to the bathroom.
Separate toilet.
The second large bedroom on the opposite side has a double bed 190X140, equipped with a baby/child bed up to 4 years old with 130X60 bars and a changing chest.
The small children/teen/adult bedroom has 2 bunk beds 190X90.
The kitchen is open to the living room dining room, this set is 65m2.
The kitchen is very well equipped, large breakfast table.
The dining table in the living room seats 6 people.
The living room consists of a large corner sofa with chaise longue, an Orange smart TV, 1 armchair, a double leather chaise longue, small poufs for the children, a large wool rug and a coffee table.
The 2 raised wooden terraces to the south and west are joined by a passageway, set of 55m2.
An outdoor table for 6 people to eat.
To work there:
An office area to work in an unpartitioned common area, wired RJ45 or WIFI internet connection. Possibility of converting the bunk bed in the small bedroom into an office space on the lower part, which makes it an isolated workspace with door and wired internet on computer: only from 2 weeks of rental, the capacity is then reduced to 5 people because we remove a bed to transform it into an office.

The house located 15 min walk from the market, is in a quiet cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood inhabited all year round.
15/20 min walk to reach the family beach of Postolonnec by the wooded and coastal paths.

ITS CONVENIENT ENVIRONMENT:
TYWOOD is in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. On the property, 2 large vehicles are easily parked. The local producers' market of Crozon is 15 or 20min walk away several times a week and a fair once a month, both all year round. Small wooded park 5 minutes walk away for children for more space. Access to the GR34 for walks to the beaches of the bay of Douarnenez or to the Cap de la chèvre via the port of Morgat is about 15min walk. Hiking sheets available. Access to the greenway cycle path 5 minutes by bike.
