Built in 2012, our spacious and cozy family vacation home is situated in the popular NW area of Bend. Immaculately appointed with two living rooms and everything you need for the perfect getaway for your family or large group. The house is walkable to fabulous restaurants, fun brewpubs, the gourmet Newport Ave Market, Drake Park, various hiking trails, and located only minutes away from Mt. Bachelor skiing.
Our home has a spacious floor plan that allows our guests to relax in multiple areas. You will enjoy the openness of the main living room with built in tv and gas fireplace, & dining room with large table that opens to the patio. The gated/private patio has plenty of seating, and outdoor waterfall, large Sundance 6 person therapy spa, and a nice barbecue for grilling fun!
The well appointed kitchen is fully stocked with utensils/cookware with cooking options of a convection oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee pot, and microwave. There are plenty of plates, cutlery, etc. to create lovely dinners.
There are four bedrooms, a bonus room, and three full bathrooms upstairs. Through one of these bedrooms, you access another living space with a pull-out couch plus a Smart TV, a full bathroom, and an additional bedroom. **Please** note that there are four bedrooms: one of the bedrooms has the access door to the bonus area and the fourth bedroom. We had a short stay, only 2 days! This home was cozy yet roomy and fit our families needs perfectly! We were here for a wedding and reception and this home was centrally located. From the wedding venue to restaurants and simple grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again.Thank you!!

Everything at our VRBO was absolutely great! The kitchen was well stocked, ample bathrooms, very clean and tidy, enjoyed having the hot tub, and the location was perfect for our needs. Having the options for early check-in and late check-out helped accommodate our group, who had traveled various distances to get there. Thanks so much!

Perfect location in Bend! Walkable to downtown and the River, wonderful restaurants just down the street, very comfortable for our group of 4 couples! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for easy access to explore town and have all the amenities of home.
