We loved the house and property that connects to the Turtle Pond bridge for sooo many reasons!!. The home offered the perfect set up for a family of 10 including us, 4 children, spouses/parterners, and 1 grandson. The 2 living areas and open kitchen with 2 sinks,2 dishwashers, and a fantastic commercial stove accommodated easy prep, great family time at the large dining room table, and efficient cleanup. Speaking of clean up....2 sets of washers/dryers (one upstairs and one downstairs) were a real plus!! We are sports-minded so having the basketball court, pickle courts, and kids playground at the elementary school just across Turtle Bridge was fantastic!! We highly recommend this rental as it allows for quality family time and individual personal space.

We spent a week in this beach house with extended family. The house is very spacious and has everything you would need. It was perfect for our group as everyone had their own space. This location is perfect, three blocks from the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area and arcades. The house is walking distance to all sorts of great restaurants. Walking in the neighborhood was very nice and safe. Management was very responsive to any problems we encountered.

Overall, the location and house were perfect. NOTE: The only thing I'd recommend, include the linen rental in the price of the house, and have the beds made before people arrive. It was confusing and frustrating learning towels / sheets were not included until days before our arrival. It was an additional 300 charge that would have been nice to plan for. The linens verbiage was at the very bottom of the listing and its easy to miss this, and the listing does not state the price of the linen rental. Additionally, only one of the four bathrooms had hand soap and most bathrooms had a half role of t.p. There was no shower gel, etc either. I understand it was a holiday weekend, but I messaged the host on a Sunday and did not hear back until Tuesday, one day after our checkout.
