The Lighthouse Retreat is located at the end of Seaview Avenue in West Mersea Holiday Park, a stones throw from West Mersea Beach. A luxury holiday villa, in a quiet holiday park, sleeps 4-6 persons. Features its own garden area, BBQ, shower and toilet facilities, with dedicated parking. Located right next to the waterfront you are in an ideal position to spend days on the beach, explore Mersea, and head out to the local restaurants, cafes, and pubs.
The Space
The Lighthouse Retreat is a luxury holiday villa, with a spacious and light open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. With comfortable sofas throughout the living room, and a pull out sofa bed to cater for an additional two guests. Large TV, fast WIFI, and central heating.
The main bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, small side tables and a mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds, which guests are welcome to move together if required, and a small wardrobe. Extra bedding available.
The main bathroom features a large shower, basin, and toilet facilities. Soaps and shampoo available. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge freezer, and all essential cutlery, pots, pans, and utensils for self catering. Kettle, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities.
The surrounding garden area includes a BBQ for your use and garden furniture.
Guest Access
You have full access to the holiday villa and the private grass and BBQ area surrounding the accomodation. Dedicated free parking space is also located next to the Lighthouse Retreat.
Other things to note
As a guest to the Lighthouse Retreat you have access to West Mersea Holiday parks Sandbanks clubhouse and restaurant facilities. Sandbanks is also located right on West Mersea beach.

Bedding coud have been more organized. Beds made up for 4, when there were 5.people staying.

The caravan was for my son and his family. They had a wonderful time, the children loved being near the beach. We would have no hesitation in booking again.

A simple but lovely place to stay beside the seaside. All the people we met were super friendly.

Great location, easy check-in. Caravan was everything but luxurious. It was very dirty. We find old sweet papers under the bed. I would not return it is not worse the value. Despite of this we had a great stay in the island.
