Three levels in this home and is located just four houses from the lifeguarded beach and four houses from the bay making it a quick 5 minute walk to both. Lane 48 also known as Duck Blind Ally will be on left. Enjoy the beautiful backyard with a pool, outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, icemaker and Cabana. Plenty of parking available. Just a short 5 minute walk over the Blvd to the ocean. There is parking and tennis courts a block over across the Blvd . NOTE; rooftop deck will no longer be available due to safety reasons.

Bedroom with one twin bed and one Pyramid with a twin over a double bed: Sleeps 3

Ground floor: Two bedrooms and a bed/family room

Bedroom: Queen bed: Sleeps 2

Bedroom: This bedroom has a sleeper chair in from the family room that will sleep one

Family room: Sleeper couch with queen size bed: Sleeps 2

Small Pet permitted with $350 fee under 40lbs CONSIDERED with Permission, 2nd dog $150 fee



A reduced security deposit of $1000 is offered with the purchase of the damage insurance. Tenants are highly encouraged to opt into taking the damage insurance due to the expense of the pool and hot tub.
