Bedroom #2 is also on this floor, Twin Bunk and Double/Twin Bunk, TV, DVD Player and Shared Bath. There is also an elevator that goes from the ground floor to the second floor (Please note: there are 5 steps to walk up to access the elevator).

Level One: you will walk up to an open concept living area with ample seating and a large kitchen with bar seating for 8. Living Room is equipped Flat screen TV, DVD Player, Deck Access and Half Bath. Bedroom # 3 has a Twin Daybed with Trundle, and TV. Bedroom Bedroom # 4 has Two Twin Beds (one twin has a trundle) a TV and DVD Player. Bedroom 3 and 4 share a Full Bath.

Level Two: Bedroom # 5 is a Master Suite with a King Bed, TV, Blu-Ray/DVD Player, Private Bath and Deck Access. Bedroom # 6 has a King Bed, TV, Blu-Ray/DVD Player, Private Bath, Deck Access and Baby Crib for your convenience. Bedroom #7 has a King Bed, TV, Blu-Ray/DVD Player, Private Bath and Deck Access.

Level Three: Bedroom #8 is a Master Bedroom with a King Bed, TV, Blu-Ray/DVD Player, Private Bath and Deck Access.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
