This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.

This cabin has enhanced CDC cleaning measures that are implemented. The property is cleaned with disinfectant, and contactless check-in and out.

The cabin is down in the Valley, and the driveway is flat with a parking pad large enough for four vehicles to park.

As with any trip, unexpected situations can happen, including changes in weather or illness. While travel insurance isn’t required, we do encourage it for peace of mind, as this property’s cancellation policy is firm and non-negotiable. Local utility crews are typically very responsive in this area and work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of mountain utility service, discounts or refunds are not offered for outages lasting less than 6 hours.
