is located on the first floor of a two-story villa in the historic center of the seaside town of Selinunte.
Outside on the first floor, there is a veranda of approximately 45 square meters, featuring an outdoor seating area with wooden chairs and matching cushions. A 45-inch plasma TV is mounted on the wall. A ceiling fan with a light, controlled by remote, is installed on the veranda ceiling. Also outside the house is a small fountain where, upon returning from the beach, you can wash your feet to avoid bringing sand into the apartment. There is a barbecue area and a table with chairs for outdoor lunches or dinners, under a cool awning. The washing machine is located in the utility room inside the apartment, along with a sink and a chest-style freezer.
Inside, you’ll find a living room with a spacious kitchenette, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator.
