Close to the beach and just a few blocks from the restaurants & shops on Center Street, this lovely home sits across the street from one of the best public beach access points on the island -- the Folly Beach Ocean Park. The Folly Beach Ocean Park is terrific for families, as the park conveniently features free restroom & shower facilities. The bird-filled Palmetto trees, pine trees and other lush vegetation of the surrounding neighborhood will make you forget about your day-to-day stresses, push you to deepen your breaths and help you unwind.
Guests access Sea Breeze Villa by walking up one flight of exterior stairs from the carport to the home's first floor. Once you enter the door, you will find a sunny entryway; a large living room with vaulted ceilings, leather couches & chairs and a large screen TV; a well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; a separate dining room with a dining table that seats up to 10 people; a separate laundry room with full sized washer & dryer; a half bathroom; the primary suite; a queen suite; and the stairwell to the home's second floor. On the second floor, you will find a bright walkway that separates the remaining two guest bedrooms (each with en suite bathrooms). In the carport underneath the house, you will find an outdoor shower to use upon returning from the beach; a charcoal BBQ grill and plenty of room to park your cars.

This property was a great fit for our party of 9. It was beautifully situated right across from the beach and within a short walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The only thing that was sub-par was the lock on the front door was not fully functional so we had do come and go from the other entrance. The place was clean and had everything we needed though and the amazing porch out front and double master bedrooms were perfect for our group.

Great home and perfect location, across from the beach with ocean views and close to shops. Would have loved to see a little more furniture in the living room area. The area is huge but echos a lot because of the minimal furnishings. What is there was comfortable though. Bedrooms were nicely furnished. Loved the amount of bathrooms. Normal wear and tear from a rental property. All in all great place and host was very accessible if needed.

Lovely home with plenty of space! The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the local shops and restaurants, and right across from beach access.

I’ll start with the positive: incredible location with proximity to beach and beach access and walking distance to shops and restaurants, comfortable beds, tankless water heater and great space to eat and play games with family. The negatives: furniture in great room not great, temperature on second floor difficult to cool down, and bugs in the house (especially upstairs). It could be a great space with some real TLC and attention (paint, fixtures, floor and door upkeep). We love Folly and in more than 30 stays (here and on another site) have never not given a five star review. Our final message from this host promised a Starbucks gift card if we gave a five star review. So, take the reviews with that in mind.
