Perfect little two-bedroom cottage with a loft upstairs. Great for families or a romantic getaway. Walking distance to the boardwalk and one block from the beach! Home has emergency phone and two TVs with DVD players, but no internet or cable. House comes with everything you need, including beach supplies (wagon, towels, toys, games). It's a lovely home, which we think you'll enjoy as much as we do!

House was clean, good location, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing it needed was a better TV setup for the living room, the TVs in the other rooms were fine but if we all wanted to set together and watch something we couldn't. But overall we loved the place! Thank you again for the stay!

The cottage was cute and close to the beach. It was pretty far down from the main area so it was quiet but not super walkable to shops and restaurants. We didn't realize until we got VRBO update a few days before, it doesn't have wi-fi. I didn't really think about it since most places do. We packed some DVDs but it would be nice if they had more than 3 DVDs there also. There was a hodgepodge of remotes which many didn't seem to go to anything and many had batteries that didn't work so that was not a huge deal but could have been better. It also wasn't cleaned very well. It's a beach house so I expect some sand and the occasional fly but there were wrappers or board game pieces under all of the beds. All in all we had a good trip but probably would not stay here again.
