Or watch the wildlife from almost any of the other 30 windows in this cozy house - including the five windows surrounding the jetted tub in the master bath! End your day relaxing in one of the large recliners in the sunroom - listening to the river and the other sounds of nature. Views of the snow-capped mountains and the smell of the evergreen trees will stay with you long after you leave.

Our home is in a prime location. We are at the end of a quiet drive with a large private yard that runs down to the river. The entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only one mile away where you can enjoy the many trails, rivers, and wonderful sights the park has to offer. Shopping also is available less than one mile away with many quaint stores, restaurants, and peaceful walks along the river.
