Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Please respect our local community and neighbours. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining a noise abatement order from the local court against the offender. Heavy penalties do apply.

Clarence House is only a short stroll to beautiful Diggers Beach with it's soft white sand and rolling waves. Protected by headlands at either end, it is ideal for great surfing all year round or why not throw a line in and try to catch your fresh seafood dinner.

The famous 'Big Banana' is virtually just down the road and you are also situated close to the nearby major shopping centre Park Beach Plaza.
Feel like a night at the movies, then no worries as the cinema is not too far away alongside a beautiful Tavern that is very child friendly.
