Very nice. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. David, the owner communicated very effectively, and we really had no issues or concerns. We’ve been traveling to Bentonville visiting family for the last 18 years, and usually will look for a house to rent. This by four has been one of the best we’ve seen and I’m sure we will be going back.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to stores, shops, restaurants etc. You are about 5 minutes or so from the old City Square. 14th Street is quite busy and difficult to turn left into. So, we found a much better way. Go North on Tunbridge Dr., then turn right on 72 and go east. Rt. 72 becomes Central Ave and goes straight into the historical City Square, minimal traffic. The home itself was immaculate, beautiful fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. Well kept property, privacy fence around the back yard. Very relaxing to have stayed there. My wife and I highly recommend!
