Whole private home with large fenced backyard with BBQ gas grill. Riverside Park with a climbing wall and play ground for kids is one block away. The downtown with galleries, nightlife, and restaurants is 3 blocks away.

Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is a block from the river with its park and hiking trails. Also it is only a few blocks to downtown.

It is easy to walk or bike everywhere. The river is one block away and downtown is only 3 blocks away. No need to use your car in town. 2 bikes are available for your use. Plenty of street parking.

Salida has a wonderful, local hot springs aquatic center, art galleries, a good assortment of restaurants, hiking and biking trails, a performance center, Monarch Ski Area 30 minutes away, a golf course, and more hots springs in the area. Day trips include the Great Sand Dunes, old mining towns, ranches, white water rafting, and more.
No pets or smoking…. allergy free home.
The co-mingled recycle bin is by the back door. (NO PLASTIC BAGS please).
Before check out, please start one wash of towels or linens, take out the garbage and recycling to the bins in the alley, and start the dishwasher.
