Spacious, comfortable and attractive accommodation. Location was quiet and accessible to shopping, the Metro and other activities. Highly recommended!

This place is so nice. We thought the steps might be a concern but they really were not.

Very comfortable basement apartment. Nicely equipped kitchen.

Host was very welcoming, amenities are high-tech, and property is gorgeous - we're birders and there was a lot to admire in the yard, including two Barred Owls calling back and forth in the early morning. I wish, though, that the listing would have noted that this unit is the lower-level of an occupied home. Could hear footsteps and dogs barking periodically, even with white noise machines going. We were in the property much of the time as I was recovering from a procedure, and I wouldn't have booked this spot if I would have known it's not a standalone location. Full transparency, I didn't reach out to the host to make any requests re: noise, and he may very well have been open to trying to make adjustments, but I didn't want the hassle of communicating back and forth. The host was very also gracious in trying to help us extend our stay on the website even though that didn't work out. Would not book again because we prefer units that aren't connected to a full house, and wish this listing was clearer.
