The house is clean and organized. There is plenty of room for a large family and the outdoor area is very well maintained.

The house was extremely well suited to our need for rest between events; the beds were comfortable, and we loved the solitude the location provided. Our dogs were immediately comfortable in the fully fenced yard and appreciated being able to play off leash. There are a few gaps along the bottom of the privacy fence due to naturally uneven ground, so if you have a small dog with an unusually high prey drive (rabbits!) you’ll want to keep an eye on them. It wasn’t an issue for us. The hosts were very responsive and made sure that we had propane for the grill. As a result, we enjoyed a cookout with extended family. We were 100% satisfied with our choice of lodging and are looking for “excuses“ to return!

The property was great retreat from the rodeo. Within walking distance of the stalls, we used the kitchen and grill and made up for the cost of house by not having to eat out. Beds were super comfortable. The kids and the dog had a great time in the big fenced yard. We already booked the house for the next rodeo
