Built in 1926 and renovated in 2007, the building and condo have historical charm with modern comfort and convenience.
The bedroom has a King Kool Drexel Supreme queen size plush mattress in mattress protector, extra pillows, a full length mirror and hangers. The TV features Google Chromecast with some available channels (like YouTube) and access for the major ones (i.e., Hulu, AppleTV, Prime & Netflix) where you use your own codes.
The living room has a sofa, swivel chair and Smart TV. Bring your private codes for Netfix, Amazon, Hulu and more! I've also left local maps and guide books for local attractions and restaurants.
Dining table has seating for 4 and there are also 2 barstools at the counter.
Kitchen includes all necessary amenities including microwave and dishwasher. Dishes, glasses (including wine glasses and corkscrew), cups, silverware and cooking utensils, toaster, Ninja blender, salt, pepper and spices and oil, wraps, baggies, foil, cutting boards, pots, pans and griddles. A variety of teas are provided along with both regular and decaf drip coffees. Enjoy Keurig? Bring your own pods. Snacks and cold Brita filtered water are also provided.
In the bath you'll find a washer, dryer and laundry detergent, plenty of plush towels and washcloths, makeup remover cloths, toilet paper, an iron and ironing board, a Simple Human pump dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a hair dryer and flat iron. Extras (in case you forgot) toothbrush, toothpaste, and q-tips.
There are 2 air purifies in the condo - 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. And there are instructions so you can turn them down, up, or off.
This comfy condo is 1 flight of stairs up from the entry. It's a wide staircase, but this building has no elevator if that's something you require. Street parking is free nights and weekends -including right in front of the building - and if you need, parking garages are within 2 blocks of the condo - maximum $10/day.

We had a wonderful day and this adorable apartment! There’s plenty of room and everything was very clean and well stocked.As with any apartment, you can sometimes hear noises from the next-door neighbors, but nothing kept us awake or intruded in our enjoyment.Location is excellent with lots of attractions from Greensboro within walking distance. The street parking was not a problem.The host was very responsive and helpful!We would love to come back!

Loved the hotel quality towels, kitchen was spacious and coffee was there which made the first morning very pleasant:)
Loved the Rhino pub staff and food, wished the Carolina theater had something on during our stay so we could have gone there.
Easy access to the shuttles for High Point Market - 7 min walk

The unit was excellent. The issue was my husband is a 65-year-old senior and did not enjoy caring 200 pounds of luggage upstairs given there was no elevator.
