Nice house. Neighborhood is a little loud and further from downtown Franklin than we thought. Would be nice to have additional bedding for the extra beds. Overall the property was nice and suited iur family well.

The host was extremely easy to communicate with and arrival & departure instructions simple. The house was very clean. The layout was different. The only sitting area/den was downstairs, so finding a place for morning coffee to not disturb anyone was not very convenient. Although the house was cute and clean, the neighborhood was a bit rundown.
