FREE POOL/SPA HEAT JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER!!
Located on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home comes with a boat dock, kayaks and a paddle board. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the heated pool (FREE June through September, otherwise, $25 extra per day) or pool deck of this 4 bed, 3 bath home located on a cul-de-sac in highly desired Southwest Cape Coral, FL. Fish from the private dock, kayak or paddle board from your back yard. Everything you need or want to enjoy the outdoors and surrounding water we have thought of and supplied with this rental.
No one wants to go on vacation and have to work, but if you need to, we have Fiber internet to keep you connected. Master bedroom has king size bed and full bath with plenty of space. Guest room 1 has a King bed and full bath making it like a secondary master suite. Both these King bedrooms have sliders that walk out and overlook the pool and canal! Guest room 2 has a Queen bed with direct access to bathroom #3. The final bedroom has a twin bed that converts into two twin beds via bunkie board design. This 4th bedroom can also be used as an office. There is a desk and 2 chairs just incase work needs to go on while vacationing. If four bedrooms are not enough, there is also a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a queen blow up mattress just in case. The 3rd bathroom has a tub shower and open to living areas as well. Kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with seating for 6 at the bar area. Dining table has a leaf that slides out and seats up to 10 as well.
This Cape Coral, FL home is fully stocked and ready for you to kick up your feet and enjoy the sunsets from the pool or living room. Daily trips to several beach locations are common with Ft. Myers Beach being the most popular and approximately 30 minutes away. If you will be here for an extended period, enjoy trips to Orlando, Tampa Bay and Miami all within about a three hour drive. Or catch the ferry to the Florida Keys daily out of Ft. Myers Beach.

Our family just spent a week at this house. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable- the best of any house we’ve ever stayed at. We were a party of 7 and the living room didn’t quite have enough comfortable seating for all of us- though we were outside as much as possible. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed as we ate almost all our meals there. The pool and hot tub were nice to have as well. I will say the pool had lots of noseeums in it but this is Florida and on a canal so there’s really nothing that can be done about it. Just be prepared to skim daily.My family enjoyed fishing off the dock out back. Saw lots of fish and caught some. The neighborhood was very quiet. We stayed they’re for 4th of July and we had views of multiple different fireworks displays - though not the official Cape Coral ones - and they all ended right around 10. We had a couple of very small inconveniences and the host was responsive and the maintenance person came by to resolve. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing. We had such a great time in Cape Coral, we absolutely loved the house, it had absolutely everything we needed, plenty of space for a family of 5. We loved the pool and the fishing dock. 100% recommend.

Beautiful home , all 10 of us slept comfortably , when I booked screened patio was not there , installed later and before stay . If your looking for good tanning I would leave screened area and go down to dock area as the screen does block 30percent of sun - this told to us by pool maintenance people , after going to dock area I could tell they were correct . Kitchen was excellent and well stocked but we never had an ice maker and had to buy ice . Kevin was receptive to that issue but unplugging fridge did not fix issue , I’m sure a simple fix but did not want to mess with it too much . We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property .

The property itself was really nice, clean, and had all new furniture. It was located in a great area, and check-in was super easy. Everything looked great when we arrived. Unfortunately, we ran into several issues that made our stay less enjoyable.The pool and hot tub were clean, but the temperature is controlled remotely by the owner, not by guests. Even though we paid the heating fee, the pool wasn’t warm enough to swim in comfortably, and we lost an entire day of swimming due to heating issues. One of the bedrooms didn’t have AC, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in, and the master bathroom shower and tub didn’t have hot water.On top of that, the house was understocked with basic supplies. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, there were no spices provided in the kitchen, and the bathrooms didn’t have shampoo or conditioner. The owner was not very friendly or helpful in their messages and didn’t apologize for any of the problems we encountered.
