The holiday apartment 'Petite Paradise' impresses with its fantastic views. This 50 m² studio features a living area, sleeping area, well-equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, dryer, TV, books, and toys for children are provided, and a cot is available. A sofa bed for 2 people can be requested for an extra fee.



The property has two separate accommodations: an apartment and a house. Most of the time, you will have the entire space to yourselves; only a few times a year do bookings overlap. In that case, each accommodation has its own private areas (the apartment has its own terrace). Only the pool, barbecue, and hallway seating are shared.



The shared outdoor area offers a solar-heated pool, open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Its elevated position provides panoramic views of the ocean, Mount Teide, and the 'charcos' lakes. Public transport is less than 5 minutes away, and Hoover Beach is a 15-minute walk. There are two parking spaces on the property and free street parking. No air conditioning.



HOUSE RULES (guests must accept before booking):

1) Smoke-free property: smoking is not allowed anywhere, indoors or outdoors.

2) Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time. No visitors. This is a vacation rental, not an event venue.

3) Parties are not allowed.

4) No pets.

5) Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the premises.

6) Recycling rules must be followed; more information provided on site.
