Vacation Apartment 04-1 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This sunny ground-floor apartment is located at the end of Building 4. With approximately 55 m² of living space, it features a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The terrace, complete with its own beach chair, faces southwest. The beach is about 250 m from the Papillon vacation complex.

The living room, which also opens onto the terrace, features a large sofa bed (160 x 195 cm) for two people. The dining table seats up to four people. A high chair is available for younger guests. The flat-screen TV provides entertainment.

The kitchenette, featuring a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave, is integrated into the living area. The entire living and sleeping area has laminate flooring.

The comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe ensure your comfort. External blinds are installed on all windows to block out light.

An additional window in the shower room provides plenty of light. Pets and smoking are not permitted. A handcart (subject to availability) is available free of charge in the basement of the house.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests in House 4. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. The property includes a small playground.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.

The Papillon vacation village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, soaring through the air on the swing, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

The Papillon vacation complex features eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
