Boasting more than 1,200 square feet of space, this 3-bedroom Abacos villa at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa is ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen‐sized in the first guest bedroom, and the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the living room. This Abacos villa also features two full bathrooms.
Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, new oven w/ glass-top stove and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from 2 screened balconies with tables and chairs.
An in-unit laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living room or bedrooms.
Best location in the resort. Building 18, 50 feet to the pool, beach, dock, and bar/restaurant. Quiet third floor unit with no one above.
Free parking right out side the door.
All Bahama Bay amenities are included in the price of your rental. There are 4 heated pools, 6 hot tubs, a children's splash park, playground, video game room, beach, lake, BBQ grills, walking / jogging nature trails, volleyball, tennis, basketball, fishing dock, pool tables, foosball, fitness center, Internet cafe computer stations, library, and free coffee/tea 24/7. There is a full service spa onsite as well as 2 restaurants, a market and gift shop. Off site there are restaurants, a Publix (grocery store), liquour store, pubs, golf course, gas station, bank and all sorts of other shops. All within a 5 minute drive.

Place was great, perfect for our needs. It was clean, the grounds are well kept, the pools are nice, I have no complaints and I will see if it's available each time I travel back to the area. Took us about 20 minutes to get to Disney in early June. Very close to shopping and lots of dining options nearby as well. One big bonus is that the complex must filter their water because it does not stink like others in the area. In the last three years, we have stayed at three different VRBO locations, and this is the only one where the water wasn't bad! As others have said, be sure the you're aware that it's on the third floor and there is no elevator, so you will be hauling your luggage and groceries up. It's disclosed in the listing, so it was not a negative for us at all but something to be concerned about if you have any mobility issues. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay!
