The one-room apartment, consisting of a living/bedroom with an integrated kitchen, offers 38 m².
The prime location on the first floor ensures short distances to everything. The building has an elevator, making it easy to transport luggage and groceries right to the apartment door.

Amenities:
Bedroom & Living Room: A peaceful night’s sleep and plenty of relaxation are guaranteed by a very comfortable 2 m x 1.8 m bed with new comfort mattresses and adjustable Schlaraffia slatted frames, as well as fully blackout curtains. The ambiance is complemented by high-quality designer flooring.
A new, comfortable leather recliner for watching TV and a new, very comfortable, high-quality leather couch also promise a cozy atmosphere.

A linens package can be provided by the cleaning company for €36.00 per person. It includes: bed linens, 2 hand towels, 1 bath towel, 1 shower mat, and a dish towel. Upon arrival, you’ll find the beds made.

Kitchen: You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic cooktop, convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more).

New bathroom: Equipped with a large shower featuring an additional rain showerhead.

Balcony: Very sheltered, facing the lake, and furnished with new, comfortable patio furniture. (Chairs with 7-position adjustment) Dimensions approx. 3.1 m x 1.6 m

Additional features: Entertainment is provided: A new 4K flat-screen TV with a 43" screen diagonal, satellite TV, and a modern radio are included. Free internet/Wi-Fi access is also available.

The apartment also includes an ironing board, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner.

A washer and dryer are available for a small fee.

EXTRAS: Relaxation is guaranteed with free access to the indoor pool (located on the lower level of the building). An in-house tanning bed is also available for a small fee.



No more hassle searching for parking—two free outdoor parking spaces are available (secured at night by a gate).
Bicycles can be stored in a lockable room.

A ping-pong table is available for our guests to enjoy.

Additional information regarding the rental price:

The visitor’s tax is 2–3 € per person per night, depending on the vacation season.
This amount is billed separately by the property management.

Guests must bring their own bed linens, towels, and dish towels.
