Designed with groups in mind, the home's open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and chef's kitchen, creating a welcoming space to cook, dine, and spend time together. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the home with natural light while framing sweeping views of Hunter Mountain and the Schoharie River.



The fully equipped kitchen features premium appliances, modern finishes, and everything needed for shared meals, while the dining table comfortably seats twelve guests. Whether you're enjoying a quiet breakfast before a hike or dinner after a day on the mountain, the space was designed to bring everyone together.



Beyond the main living area, you'll find a dedicated game room complete with a pool table and bar, along with a private gym that makes it easy to stay active throughout your stay.



Comfortable bedrooms and spacious bathrooms provide plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and unwind, while the home's thoughtful layout balances shared spaces with privacy.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Air conditioning: There’s central AC at the house. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren't permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 16 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 16 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
