House was big enough for 2 families. 4 bathrooms was great. Upstairs there is only a tub, so teenagers had to come down to shower, no big deal really. Ping pong is in the garage. Big beds downstairs and comfortable. One very firm if that is your thing. House had everything you needed, very well stocked by Costco. We were impressed. Plenty of towels. Hot tub worked good. We enjoyed our visit very much.
