Really enjoyed staying here…the apartment was nice and met our expectations, the host was easy to work with and helpful, and the surrounding area was full of good restaurants close by. Parking was fine, but some of the lots seemed like they need maintenance. Overall, it’s a great spot to explore Birmingham. Highly recommend!

The thing I liked best about the apartment was the location. It allowed easy walking to local restaurants, the McWane Science Center, and other downtown attractions. The parking was easy on the street and parking lots very close by. Recommend the Public Parking lot (entry from Morris and N 23rd) where daily maximum is 4.The rooftop deck had plenty of furniture and was a great place for cocktails later in the evening. The building elevator made it easy to get luggage to the 4th floor, too. Our host checked with me several times and was readily available if needed.

So the apartment itself is in a great location and appointed ok. The heat didn’t work and it was 60 degrees when we walked in. Contacted the rental ofice and it took 2 days for them to send someone and in the end they had to order a part and we would have no heat for the entire trip. There was a small electric fireplace but with the high ceilings and giant windows it really didn’t get past 65. So we just threw a sweater on and accepted our faith thinking something would maybe be done to make it right. We were given a 75 credit. That surprised us and as we do come back to Birmingham on a monthly basis this property won't be in the rotation.
