The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals with ease—whether you’re cooking a full dinner or assembling snacks for the beach. The open layout keeps everyone connected, making it easy to entertain and enjoy time together.
Just steps from your door, you’ll find a community pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging in the sun. Of course, the real highlight is the condo’s oceanfront setting—stroll down to the sand, take morning walks by the water, or simply relax with the soothing sound of waves in the background.
Located in Pine Knoll Shores, the condo is just a five-minute drive to the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, a favorite local attraction for all ages. Restaurants, shops, and scenic outdoor spaces are also nearby, offering endless opportunities for exploration.

**Each unit is limited to two parking passes. If additional parking is needed for visitors or extra vehicles, parking may be available through the Beacon's Reach HOA for $50 per week. The HOA office is located at 510 Salter Path Road, off of Beacon Reach Drive. Please contact Spectrum Rental Properties for the HOA office contact information.
Guests may also rent a boat slip during their stay (this is an additional fee). Boat slip rentals are coordinated through the marina. The preferred method of contact is by email. Please contact Spectrum Rental Properties for contact information.**
BED CONFIGURATIONS:
2 King Beds and 1 Pyramid Bunk (Twin on Top and Double on Bottom)
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
OTHER NOTES:
-No pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-Only 2 parking passes allowed- one parking spot in front of garage, and one in a unmarked spot.
-The Community Pool is open April 1 through October (weather permitting)
-Camera's are for security purposes only.

Very nice to receive text that the unit was ready and the entrance code. Unfortuantely we had a problem getting the door to open with the code. Spectrum was easy to reach and they tried to fix it from their end which didn't work either. Ultimately they had to send a locksmith who was able to fix the problem. Took us 1 1/2 hours to get in! Unit was nice and kitchen was well equiped. Luckily there was only four of us. More than four would have been tough to seat at the dining table. Would be nice to have storage area for food, etc. Had to leave non refrigerated food, etc on the counter. Would be nice to have chairs on the porches off the bedrooms. All in all we had a nice time.

Very spacious, convenience of beach and pool was great!! needs a keurig or a regular size coffee pot, would like to have a grill as well! Parking was a bit of an issue for 2 days of our stay.

Upon arrival the check in process was uncomplicated. You will be greeted with 19 continuous steps to get to main living area. Somewhat of a challenge navigating luggage, etc.
The cleaning of the unit was less than impressive. We wiped up grainy material (sand/salt/??) from countertops and after wiping up melted ice cube from floor had a black napkin. Honestly, not sure floors were mopped after seeing this. The mirror on wall in living area had a cloudy film on surface. The furniture was not the most comfortable, the stitching in seams of leather couch was starting to slightly separate and the back pillows of couch and oversized deep chair were pretty broken down. The table on main floor deck was so weathered and splintered it was really not usable for games, or eating. The outdoor chairs were not very comfortable, but the view was fantastic! The showers had spots on inside of glass (hard water stains?) and in the guest shower on upper level, there were strands of hair hanging to interior shower glass. There is another 18 steps (interrupted with small landing) to get to upper level. The ocean front king bedroom had visible dust (could actually write in it) on the dresser unit and there was an area rug at foot of bed covering large stain on carpet. This was a tripping hazard as the edges wanted to roll up. The hammocks as pictured weren’t usable(molded and not attached) off of upper bedrooms. Washer/dryer on ground floor. 4 cup coffee maker!?! Pool was great, nice boardwalk.
