14 people. 4 bedrooms. 4 bathrooms. 2 kitchens. And nobody has to fight over anything.

The Isabella Oasis is a private 4BR/4BA duplex in Houston, 10 minutes from Downtown, NRG Stadium, and the Texas Medical Center.

It`s built for the trips where everyone needs to be together — Thanksgiving with the whole family, a milestone birthday, a reunion weekend, or any trip where splitting up across hotel rooms defeats the entire purpose.

One thing to know upfront: The Isabella Oasis is a duplex — 2 fully equipped units across 2 floors, both exclusively yours. The downstairs unit opens directly to the patio and hot tub. The upstairs connects to the same outdoor space through the front. No other groups on the property. It`s all yours.

We`ve been hosting groups like yours for 6 years. Families come back for Thanksgiving every year. Birthday groups rebook the following year before they even check out. Our top-rated VRBO reviews exist because we understand what large groups actually need: space, privacy, and a property that`s genuinely ready when you arrive. Football weekends, rodeo season, graduations, reunions — the same groups come back for the same weekends every year.

Your Space
The property spans 2 fully equipped units — each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, their own kitchen, living room, and laundry. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom — 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, no sharing, no waiting. You move between units through the exterior, and the backyard, hot tub, and pergola are the shared heart of the property — steps from both sides. Fast WiFi and Smart TVs throughout keep everyone connected and comfortable.

Where You`ll Gather
The outdoor space is where every group says the trip really comes together. A private hot tub sits under a covered pergola with string lights — the gathering spot after every cookout, celebration, and late-night conversation. An outdoor lounge and dining area with a BBQ grill gives you room to host real dinners without leaving the property. Free parking for up to 7 cars means the entire group parks on-site without any hassle.
