Second time renting this beach house, and seeing the ocean and hearing the waves everyday was awesome. It is Centrally located and close to Capitola, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Monterey. The unit is perfect for 3 couples and had everything we needed. We were all very comfortable.

Everything was clean, easy to access, and had a beautiful view from two floors! The office was close by and very responsive. Easy check in/out.

The spot I have rented twice is the perfect spot for a calming view of the ocean. The apartment is well-supplied with kitchen utensils, and even with lots of games. Lots of privacy, too, if several guests.
