Nothing beats being steps away from the beach. Perfect location on the island. Close to everything! If you need a little break from the beach, you are seconds away from the AC, and when you are ready to go back, it’s literally right in front of you. Everything in the house was perfect. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids, and they really enjoyed playing the assortment of board and card games.Not our first time to St. George, but it was our first time staying right on the beach. Would recommend this house to anyone, and we will definitely be back!

The rental property management company was so easy to work with, booking to check-in to check-out. We love the location and view of this rental, and have stayed here before. The unit was clean upon arrival. The suggestions I would make: a replacement of some of the worn out furniture, mainly the bed (master bedroom bed mattress very uncomfortable and bed seemed to be broken) and couches (broken). The wifi was so slow and TV buffered a lot. We had to go buy toilet paper because no extra supplies - not even an extra toilet paper roll or garbage bag. Also, It would have been nice to have some beach chairs to use for the beach.

Suncoast is a great agency to work with. They do a super job. St George is our favorite Fl beach spot. Island Pearl overall is a nice place, with a great kitchen and living area. Bathrooms are small but functional. There is no railing on the steps from the garage to the entry - this is dangerous, especially when you are unloading and vice versa. The coffee maker malfunctioned 3 times and the deck furniture is in need of replacing. Two chairs were unusable.
