Located in one of the most famous neighbourhoods in Porto, when you stay in our home, you’ll find yourself surrounded by shops, art galleries, the Bolhão Market, Aliados, as well as beautiful sights of the Douro river, monuments and more.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Trindade, is just a 5-minute walk.
The nearest metro station, Faria Guimarães, is just a 4-minute walk.
The nearest train station, Porto São Bento, is just a 14-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Great stay, clean and easy to find. Only downside is the apparent got really hot but they had a fan.

Conveniently located with easy access to supermarkets, coffee shops and the Trinidad’s metro. Porto is a very walkable city and, while there are uphill walks, I was easily able to navigate.
