A 13m2 outbuilding with independent access including the fifth bedroom with a double sofa bed and a shower room with WC.

Its ideal location will enable you to quickly reach the main centres of interest in North/West Corsica: Ile Rousse 6 km away, Calvi or St Florent in 40 minutes, Piana creeks, Cap Corse, etc.
You can take advantage of the proximity of the sea to enjoy a variety of water sports or hire a boat.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park of the house (two cars) as well as in the private car park of the housing estate (three spaces).

- Calvi Sainte-Catherine airport, 35 minutes by car
