Enjoy a good old fashioned summer in this classic 1930's four-bedroom beachfront cottage. It is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Front door is 15 feet from one of New England's best soft-sand beaches - Long Beach! Wake up to breathtaking ocean views every morning.
This spacious home boasts 4 bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Enjoy cool ocean breezes or take advantage of the AC in each bedroom. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen makes it easy to spend time with friends and family all while enjoying the sunset views over the ocean.
The cottage still has many of the 1950’s charm which we are updating over time but we have also made some recent renovations like new flooring throughout!
You're unlikely to want to leave this prime oceanfront spot but we are only minutes away from Rockport's Bearskin Neck, Whale Watching in Gloucester, and so much more!

It is a great place to stay with kids and older adults. So easy to get to the beautiful sandy beach. The water was so clear, shallow and gentle waves. Very refreshing water temperature. Shed in back has many beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys, 3 floats too. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water was wonderful to change or just rinse off the sand before entering the house. Needs a bucket to rinse your feet on the side porch. Indoor showers were clean, bedding clean and comfortable, house is one level. My elderly father, who uses a walker, came with us and was able to navigate the 4 steps up to the back porch. Luckily the path from the parking lot was a paved slope with a sturdy metal handrail. There’s a place 3 minutes away called Surfside subs and pizza, next to an ice cream shop that we frequented several times. Monday and Tuesday only they have good lobster rolls for 13.99! You can’t beat that!

Great spot right on Long Beach! Has great views of the ocean right on the water. We definitely stay there again pet friendly.

We had the most incredible stay at this beachfront cottage. There is truly nothing like waking up to the sound of the waves and having the ocean right at your doorstep. The cottage itself is charming, impeccably clean and conveniently located to amenities. We spent our mornings sipping coffee, walking the beach and watching the sunrise. In the evenings, the cottage provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. And, the dog loved it too! We’re already counting down the days until we can return!

Lovely cottage! Clean and cozy. The beds were super comfy and the view is incredible. Highly recommend!
