A perfect place to stay for large groups who want to explore the area. Everything was perfect from the amount of space overall to smart tv’s in every room. The game room was great and we enjoyed our time around the fire pit just above the river. You want go wrong staying here!!!

We had an amazing experience at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was right there. The highlight was definitely the peaceful river right in the backyard—it made for such a relaxing atmosphere. Whether we were enjoying coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening, the sound of the water was soothing.

This property was amazing! It was very clean with plenty of space for our extended family to come together and celebrate my daughter's graduation from JMU. It was an easy 30 min drive back into Harrisonburg and the location provided us a bit of peace and tranquility after the hustle and bustle of graduation traffic. We enjoyed the fishing and the air hockey table. The hot tub was also great! I highly recommend this property.
