Cottage 1 — White is a pet-friendly one-bedroom cottage at Cypress Creek Cottages in Wimberley, Texas, family owned and operated since 2008. You rent the whole cottage: your own front door, no shared walls, nobody above you or below you.

It sleeps 4 with 1 king bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa, and has one bathroom. Inside there is a full kitchen, not a kitchenette, plus a living area, an electric fireplace, free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with HD cable. Outside, your own deck holds a private covered hot tub, and there is a BBQ grill. Central A/C and heating. The cottage sits on quiet, wooded grounds away from the water; like every cottage here, it has access to Cypress Creek on the property.

Dogs of all breeds and sizes are welcome, with no weight limit and no deposit: a $15 nightly pet fee, up to two pets (ask about more). Pets arrive to a welcome package (bowl, treat, comfort mat), and there is a fenced pet park on the property. Guests share a common-area fire pit, with firewood provided free, subject to city and county burn bans.

Historic Wimberley Square is under a mile away, so walk or drive. No cleaning fee, and no junk fees.

When something needs attention, you tell a person who is already here.

Most places around Wimberley do not take dogs at all; the ones that do generally charge $25 to $50 a night. Ours is $15 a night, with no deposit, no breed restrictions and no weight limit.

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property. The fire pit is shared and subject to city and county burn bans. Everyone attending an event or reunion must stay overnight on the property, under City of Wimberley ordinance and fire occupancy rules.
