Welcome to Coco Bay Cottages, a collection of 3 cottages and 3 villas that stretches , from the Atlantic Ocean front to the protected Coco Bay.
This Incredible villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and sit oceanfront on the Atlantic. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a private attached bathroom. Both the second and third bedroom have queen size beds and share a full bathroom.
This Villa is equipped with all the latest amenities including a 60" flat screen TV, wireless internet and AC.

It's past the end of the paved road but it's well worth it! Over the years we've been to several places all around the Bahamas - but this is the best in many respects. The property is unique. It spans from the ocean side to the bay side - each of which is mere yards away from the house. It even has it's own dock so if you rent a boat you can berth it there. They are still completing repairs from the hurricane a couple years ago but our house was roomy with new appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and our stay. The reef right off the beach is amazing and thriving. We went out snorkeling twice a day! Rex the manager was there whenever we had a question and was always happy to help with any and all our needs. He met us at the dock when we arrived and was there when we departed 2 weeks later. Great experience. We will be back!
