The property is nice, well located to walk down town and Delta Center. Make sure to buy parking. The only concern was the early checkout time if 10:00 AM.

Great and very practical apartment. Very clean. Very close to convention center

The apartment was difficult to access having to watch all of these instructional videos to find an outdoor lockbox to open a door to get inside to get a garage opener to access the garage. It was clean but did happen to have a slightly weird smell, but comfortable bed and a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and appliances. Biggest turn off was that there were 30+ homeless individuals that inhabited the park across the street and surrounding area which made us feel unsafe to walk anywhere nearby.
