The sunroom and second-floor hallway are equipped with window air conditioning units to help keep the space cool during the summer. All other rooms have fans to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout your stay.

Our customer support team is available to assist you daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The sunroom and second-floor hallway are equipped with window air conditioning units to help keep the space cool during the summer. All other rooms have fans to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout your stay.

Pet Policy:
*Guests bringing dog(s) are required to pay an additional pet fee of $175 per dog (maximum of 1 dog).
*Strictly no cats are allowed.
*All guests with dogs must adhere to our house rules for pets.
*Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and disposing of waste properly in the designated bins.
A $250 additional fee will be charged for violations of these rules.

Outdoor Area: Please be aware that off the back porch and down to the water's edge, there is a gently sloped yard with no steps or railings. We kindly ask you to be mindful of this when enjoying the outdoor area.

Boating Safety: NH law requires that a life preserver be present on any boat; it does not need to be worn but must be on the boat. The NH boat police will issue tickets for non-compliance.

Parking: Free parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Air Conditioning: Window air conditioning units are only available in the Sunroom and the hallway on the 2nd floor. Other areas, including the bedrooms, are equipped with fans.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
