## The estate

The backyard brings your group’s favorite activities into one private space:

Inside, you’ll find a billiards game room, comfortable gathering spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a washer and dryer. Linens and bath towels are provided.

Shangri La Estate offers convenient access to Scottsdale golf, dining, shopping, and entertainment, including TPC Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, WestWorld, Desert Ridge, and Old Town Scottsdale. Drive times vary with traffic.

## Optional services and fees

- Pool heating: **$200 per day or $1,200 per week, plus tax**

- No unauthorized parties, weddings, events, or unregistered visitors.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
- Pets require prior approval and an applicable fee.
- Outdoor security cameras and noise monitoring devices are present. There are no indoor cameras.
- Pool and spa use is at guests’ own risk. Guests may not adjust pool or spa equipment.
