I have been here at least 5 times, and I love it more each time I go. It’s nestled in the trees, quiet, quaint and a perfect little getaway.

We had an excellent vacation the accommodation and grounds were just as described if not more picturesque. the pool area and grounds were beautiful The hut was perfect and some added touches such as toiletries a welcome surprise. with the decking area at the rear overlooking the pool was a lovely place to chill at any time of the day or night Our hosts were there if needed but not overly obvious the perfect mix The grounds are just a 4-5 minute drive to beautiful Main St downtown Dunedin with a surplus of shops restaurants and cafes perfect for a vacation We would recommend and return Thank you

This was our fourth stay at this outstanding property, and we look forward to returning year after year. Nothing compares to morning coffee in the Tiki Hut, or relaxing in the evening overlooking the pool and beautiful grounds. I often recommend the property when speaking to friends or even complete strangers; this year I shared a brochure with people that were behind us in the queue for the airplane on the way home. We are already looking to stay number five!
