From your lanai, sweeping ocean views will create a picture perfect for any postcard. Molokai and Lanai loom on the horizon and from December through April, there’s no better place on the entire coast to see whales spouting and breaching offshore.
Royal Kahana is a five minute drive to world-class beaches including Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Honolua Bay is just a bit farther north and is a marine reserve that is a must see! There is an $18 a day parking fee paid to the front desk

The property is conveniently located (walking distance) to shops, restaurants, and banking.

Five star view! Decent air conditioning. Clean but dated. This was within my budget, but the property would benefit with a new sofa and flooring. Spacious and sufficient. Loved visiting Maui.

The property overall was exactly as posted. There is an amazing ocean view that really enhances for the sunset. There is a good beach just up the way about a 2 min walk. The condo itself was easy to “use” with all of the instructions that are left as instructions. The check in and pay to park were exactly as the email said. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions and suggestions. Definitely plan to drive to anywhere and anything you want to do in Maui. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

First of all, Epic Realty was great to work with. They were responsive to any issue we had. The property at the Royal Kahana is a nice property but had an unfortunate incident while we were there. There was a power outage in West Maui that lasted for about 24 hours. After the outage, the property only had one elevator working and no hot water. The issue was getting someone to repair the elevators and hot water. On a positive note, the view from our room was outstanding.
