This family-friendly accommodations are located in the well-maintained Residenza Primera. The residence is situated on the western shore of Lake Garda in the beautiful town of Moniga del Garda. It is not far from the lake, making it ideal for families with young children. A playground ensures plenty of fun for the little ones. Thanks to the great entertainment program for older children and adults, the tennis court, the soccer field, and bike rentals, there’s certainly no chance of getting bored on vacation. The complex features a large, beautifully designed pool and a children’s pool. Surrounding the pool area, a spacious green space invites you to rest and relax. The resort also features a restaurant, a mini-market, a barbecue area, and coin-operated laundry machines. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
The spacious three-room apartment, Type D3 Sous-Terrain, is located on the lower first floor and accommodates 6 people (an additional guest—a baby under 2 years old in a travel crib—is possible upon request). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living area, a sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots. Also in the living area is the well-equipped kitchen, complete with dishes, cutlery, pots, a gas stove, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet. The partially covered patio with a table and chairs, a patio umbrella, and 3 lounge chairs invites you to relax comfortably while the children play by the pool or on the playground. Satellite TV is available. Although there is no air conditioning, the location in the basement ensures pleasant temperatures. Barbecuing is permitted at the public barbecue area. The drive from the Italian border takes approximately 2 hours. Upon request, breakfast or half-board can also be booked on-site. ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

The residence is just a few minutes’ walk from beautiful Lake Garda and a public pebble beach. About 700 meters away, you’ll also find a beach where you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. At the beach, you also have the opportunity to explore the underwater world of Lake Garda while diving, try your hand at windsurfing, or discover Lake Garda by canoe or pedal boat.

The resort features a beautifully designed large pool for adults and a children’s pool 60 cm deep. For relaxation, there is a large lawn area with umbrellas surrounding the pool. Sun loungers are available for rent. The friendly entertainment team organizes fun water games.
