Complimentary beach service includes two chairs and one umbrella, set up for you daily. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.

Waterscape is a great condo resort with a lot to offer. We had kids ages 1, 3, and 6. The pools are great and the access to the beach was perfect. The unit was clean, spacious, and the check in process was super smooth. I would recommend paying the 15 and calling ahead to reserve the beach chairs. The front rose, fill up a few days in advance, and it can be hot on the back rows. A few things that could have gone better…the fire alarms were tested one day during our stay for 3-4 hours. This was rough with kids needing to nap and it being a stormy day. The host solutions to get away from the fire alarms, was to enjoy the beach or the pools. However, it was thundering and lightning. The code for the gate to the parking garage changes automatically, and this was not communicated with us. We had to track down security to access the parking garage while waiting for a response from the host. Additionally, when I asked for the number for property security, the host did not have it. I thought this was kind of odd. Given Waterscapes amenities, it is a very popular property and the pools can be crowded. We were not able to get chairs at the lazy river or the main pool. People reserve these with towels starting at 7 AM. We did enjoy the toddler pool and the upper deck pool often! Overall, it was a good stay, and we would return.

We had a wonderful stay - the unit was clean and convenient to all of the wonderful amenities. The check-in process was so easy, and the unit had all of the comforts of home. Our host Joe was a great communicator - he made sure we had everything we needed and we cannot wait to return again next year.

The condo was nice and clean! Plenty of room for six and has everything you need to make it seem as though it’s your home close to the beach. Made some great memories with my family
