You will enjoy a sheltered terrace in an enclosed, bucolic and wooded garden.
Central location, 10 min walk from the port, market, shops, Ramonette beach and GR coastal paths and 2 min from the super market and bus stops.
The accommodation
The house is comfortable and includes equipment that will make your stay pleasant (barbecue, TV area, raclette machine, deckchairs, games...)
It has 3 beautiful bedrooms upstairs, equipped with double beds and storage space, as well as a bathroom with bathtub
On the first floor, a living room-kitchen space equipped to allow you to share convivial moments with friends or family.
Finally, a large garden will allow you to spend peaceful moments in the shade or in the sun.
Traveler access
The house is left entirely for the use of the tenants, with the exception of the mezzanine, the attic, the storage room, the garden shed and some cupboards.
The retaining wall on the side of the house must not be stepped on, either from the side or from above
Other remarks
The house is within walking distance of the pier.
A bus passes nearby in summer to reach the beaches.
The location of the ideal house because outside the village while being close and quiet allows access to amenities, shops and outings (restaurants, festivities ..) on the port and town of Le Palais on foot through a small wood.
However, to visit the island, which is vast and very hilly, we recommend a car or bike rental.
The TV is equipped with a TNT/Radio box, DVD player and external speakers.
The beds have mattress protectors, duvets and pillows.
We do not provide sheets and towels. You can contact a service provider if necessary.
Baby equipment is available (travel cot with mattress, deckchair, changing mat, bathtub, all-terrain stroller, cozy).
We offer the rental of a clio (to be seen together)
