Put your bags down in this charmingly renovated former school, ideal for your stays with family or friends, on the Plougrescant peninsula!
Ideal starting point to discover the region: located between Paimpol and Perros-Guirec, you are only 30 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and the pier for the island of Bréhat.
Located 1.5 km from the famous site of the Gouffre, "Castel Meur" (the house between the rocks) and the hiking trails of the GR34, this charming building of 134 m² offers a warm and authentic atmosphere. You will enjoy the proximity of shops, restaurants and local markets.
Entirely private, the accommodations are spread over two levels.
On the first floor:
A large friendly and bright living space combining the charm of exposed beams and wood.
It includes:
- A cocooning lounge area with television, wood stove and comfortable armchairs.
- A large dining area with a beautiful wooden table.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and utensils).
- A relaxation area with sofa and television.
- A covered courtyard set up for your leisure time, equipped with a ping-pong table, table football and a dart board!
Upstairs:
- The master suite: spacious and under the eaves, with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200), a relaxation area and storage.
- The second bedroom: a warm atmosphere with a double bed (140 x 200) under a Velux window.
- The third bedroom: equipped with two single beds (90 x 190), ideal for children or friends.
- A second bathroom: shower, double sink, and toilet.
- An office area available.
Outside:
- A terrace with a dining area with table and a more relaxing area equipped with garden furniture.
